Your Committee, to which was referred Bill S-11, An Act to amend the Canadian Human Rights Acts in order to add social condition as a prohibited ground of discrimination, has, in obedience to the Order of Reference of Tuesday, March 17, 1998, examined the said Bill and now reports the same with the following amendment:

1. Page 2: Delete Clause 3.
