The Standing Senate Committee on Energy, the Environment and Natural Resources
has the honour to present its
TWELFTH REPORT
Your Committee, which was authorized by the Senate on March 1st, 2001, to examine such issues as may arise from time to time relating to energy, the environment and natural resources, now requests approval of funds for 2002-2003.
Pursuant to section 2:07 of the Procedural Guidelines for the Financial Operation of Senate Committees, the budget submitted to the Standing Committee on Internal Economy, Budgets and Administration and the report thereon of that Committee are appended to this report.

The Standing Committee on Internal Economy, Budgets and
Administration has examined the budget presented to it by the Chair of the
Standing Senate Committee on Energy, the Environment, and Natural Resources for
the proposed expenditures of the said Committee for the fiscal year ending March
31, 2003 with respect to it study of issues that may arise from time to time
relating to energy, the environment and natural resources, including the
continuation and completion of the study on Nuclear Reactor Safety. The approved
