SECOND REPORT

Your Committee has approved the Senate Estimates for the fiscal year 2001-2002 and recommends their adoption.

Your Committee notes that the proposed total budget is $56,516,100. When compared to the 2000-2001 Senate Estimates, this represents a 7.6% increase.

The Expenditure Plan and a summary of the 2001-2002 expenditure budget accompany this report.
