Your Committee, to which was referred Bill C-15, An Act to implement treaties and administrative arrangements on the international transfer of persons found guilty of criminal offences, has, in obedience to the Order of Reference of Wednesday, May 5, 2004, examined the said Bill and now reports the same without amendment.
