Your committee, which was authorized by the Senate on Thursday, December 15, 2016 to study the issues related to the human rights of prisoners in the correctional system, now tables its interim report entitled: Study on the Human Rights of Federally-Sentenced Persons: The Most Basic Human Right is to be Treated as a Human Being.
