Changes to the Membership of the Committee:

Pursuant to Rule 85(4), membership of the committee was amended as follows:

The name of Honourable Senators Taylor and Moore substituted for that of the Honourable Senators Mercier and Bosa (March 18, 1997).

The name of Honourable Senators Milne and Di Nino substituted for that of the Honourable Senators Moore and Bolduc (March 19, 1997).
