The Standing Senate Committee on Foreign Affairs met this day at 3:39 p.m. in room 505 of the Victoria Building, the Chairman, the Honourable John B. Stewart, presiding.
Members of the committee present: The Honourable Senators Andreychuck, Bolduc, Corbin, De Bané, Doody, Fairbairn, Grafstein, Lynch-Staunton, Stewart and Whelan. (10)

The committee resumed its consideration of Bill C-61, an Act to implement the Canada-Israel Free Trade Agreement.
Mr. Axworthy made a presentation and, along with Mr. Moroz, answered questions.
At 4:51 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
