The name of the Honourable Senator Taylor substituted for that of the Honourable Senator Poulin (December 16, 1999).

The name of the Honourable Senator Poulin substituted for that of the Honourable Senator Taylor (February 8, 2000).

The name of the Honourable Senator Callbeck substituted for that of the Honourable Senator Poulin (May 31, 2000).

The name of the Honourable Senator Poulin substituted for that of the Honourable Senator Callbeck (June 9, 2000).
