The name of the Honourable Senator Mahovlich was substituted for that of the Honourable Senator Hubley (May 30, 2002).

The name of the Honourable Senator Wiebe was substituted for that of the Honourable Senator LaPierre (April 29, 2002).

The name of the Honourable Senator LaPierre was substituted for that of the Honourable Senator Wiebe (April 22, 2002).

The name of the Honourable Senator Oliver was substituted for that of the Honourable Senator Robertson (April 16, 2002).
