Extract of the Journals of the Senate, Wednesday, February 21, 2001:

The Honourable Senator Robichaud, P.C., moved, seconded by the Honourable Senator Fairbairn, P.C., that the Bill S-11, An Act to amend the Canada Business Corporations Act and the Canada Cooperatives Act and to amend other Acts in consequence be referred to the Standing Senate Committee on Banking, Trade and Commerce.

The question being put on the motion, it was adopted.
