The name of the Honourable Senator Finnerty was substituted for that of the Honourable Senator Poulin (March 8, 2002).

The name of the Honourable Senator Kenny was substituted for that of the Honourable Senator Kolber (March 8, 2002).

The name of the Honourable Senator Watt was substituted for that of the Honourable Senator Adams (March 19, 2002).

The name of the Honourable Senator Hubley was substituted for that of the Honourable Senator Finnerty (March 19, 2002).
