The name of the Honourable Senator De Bané substituted for that of the Honourable Senator Ferretti Barth (October 22, 2001).

The name of the Honourable Senator Moore substituted for that of the Honourable Senator Banks (October 22, 2001).

The name of the Honourable Senator Banks substituted for that of the Honourable Senator Adams (October 21, 2001).
