The name of the Honourable Senator Day was removed (substitution pending) (October 28, 2002).

The name of the Honourable Senator Day substituted for that of the Honourable Senator LaPierre (October 30, 2002).

The name of the Honourable Senator Kinsella substituted for that of the Honourable Senator Eyton (October 30, 2002).

The name of the Honourable Senator LaPierre substituted for that of the Honourable Senator Day (October 31, 2002).

The name of the Honourable Senator Eyton substituted for that of the Honourable Senator Kinsella (October 31, 2002).
