Pursuant to rule 12-5, membership of the committee was amended as follows:

The Honourable Senator Campbell replaced the Honourable Senator Mégie (April 7, 2017).

The Honourable Senator Plett was added to the membership (April 6, 2017).

The Honourable Senator Smith was removed from the membership of the committee, substitution pending (April 6, 2017).

The Honourable Senator Mégie replaced the Honourable Senator Campbell (April 4, 2017).
