Silent Tribute
The Hon. the Speaker: Honourable senators, there will be an opportunity for us to express ourselves at a later date, but at this time, it is with a heavy heart that I would ask that you all rise and join me in a minute of silence in tribute to our late colleague, the Honourable Tobias C. Enverga, Jr., who passed away on November 16, 2017.
(Honourable senators then stood in silent tribute.)

Hon. Larry W. Smith (Leader of the Opposition): Mr. Speaker, out of respect for our friend and colleague, the Honourable Senator Enverga, I move that the Senate do now adjourn.
