The Standing Senate Committee on Banking, Trade and Commerce met this day, at 10:30 a.m., in room 9, Victoria Building, the chair, the Honourable Irving Gerstein, presiding.
Members of the committee present: The Honourable Senators Bellemare, Campbell, Gerstein, Greene, Maltais, Massicotte, Moore, Nancy Ruth, Oliver, Ringuette and Smith (Saurel) (11).
Other senator present: The Honourable Senator Segal (1).

Pursuant to the order of reference adopted by the Senate on Tuesday, May 7, 2013, the committee continued its examination of Bill C-377, An Act to amend the Income Tax Act (requirements for labour organizations).
