The Standing Senate Committee on Banking, Trade and Commerce met this day at 4:16 p.m., in room 9, Victoria Building, the chair, the Honourable Irving Gerstein, presiding.
Members of the committee present: The Honourable Senators Black, Campbell, Gerstein, Greene, Hervieux-Payette, P.C., Maltais, Massicotte, Moore, Nancy Ruth, Oliver, Ringuette and Tkachuk (12).
Other senators present: The Honourable Senators Bellemare and Segal (2).
In attendance: Brett Stuckey and Adriane Yong, Analysts, Parliamentary Information and Research Service, Library of Parliament.

Pursuant to the order of reference adopted by the Senate on Tuesday, May 7, 2013, the committee continued its examination of Bill C-377, An Act to amend the Income Tax Act (requirements for labour organizations). That the following material be filed as an exhibit with the clerk of the committee:
