The Standing Senate Committee on Social Affairs, Science and Technology met in camera this day at 4:14 p.m., in room 705, Victoria Building, the chair, the Honourable Kelvin Kenneth Ogilvie, presiding.

Members of the committee present: The Honourable Senators Cordy, Dyck, Eaton, Eggleton, P.C., Enverga, Martin, Ogilvie, Seidman, Seth and Verner, P.C. (10).

In attendance: Sonya Norris, Analyst, Parliamentary Information and Research Service, Library of Parliament.

Pursuant to rule 12-16 (1)(d), the committee considered a draft agenda.

It was agreed that all the suggested study topics be referred to the Subcommittee on Agenda and Procedure for consideration.

At 4:37 p.m., the Honourable Senator Martin replaced the Honourable Senator Raine as a member of the committee.

At 5:32 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the chair.
