The Standing Senate Committee on Banking, Trade and Commerce met this day at 10:30 a.m., in room 9, Victoria
Building, the chair, the Honourable Douglas Black, presiding.

Pursuant to the order of reference adopted by the Senate on Thursday, November 23, 2017, the committee
continued its examination of Bill C-25, An Act to amend the Canada Business Corporations Act, the Canada
Cooperatives Act, the Canada Not-for-profit Corporations Act, and the Competition Act. (For complete text of the
