The Standing Senate Committee on Legal and Constitutional Affairs, met this day
in Room 257, East Block, at 9:20 a.m., the Honourable Lorna Milne, Chair,

Pursuant to the Order of Reference adopted by the Senate on Thursday, June 18,
1998, the Committee continued its consideration of Bill C-25, An Act to amend
National Defence Act and to make consequential amendments to other Acts. (For
