The Standing Senate Committee on Social Affairs, Science and Technology met this day in the Nova Scotia Room of the Sheraton Halifax Hotel, Halifax, Nova Scotia, at 9:02 a.m., the Chair, the Honourable Michael Kirby, presiding.
