TENTH REPORT

Your committee, to which was referred the document “Canadian Intellectual Property Office’s User Fee Proposal, dated September 2016, for changes to patent fees”, has, in obedience to its order of reference of Thursday, November 24, 2016, examined the proposed user fees and in accordance with section 5 of the User Fees Act, recommends that they be approved.
