Your committee, which was authorized by the Senate on Thursday, January 28, 2016 and on Thursday, March 2, 2017 to examine and report on matters pertaining to delays in Canada’s criminal justice system now tables its final report entitled Delaying Justice is Denying Justice: An Urgent Need to Address Lengthy Court Delays in Canada.
