The Standing Senate Committee on Foreign Affairs and International Trade has the honour to present its
TWENTY-FIRST REPORT
Your committee, to which was referred Bill C-47, An Act to amend the Export and Import Permits Act and the Criminal Code (amendments permitting the accession to the Arms Trade Treaty and other amendments), has, in obedience to the order of reference of Wednesday, October 31, 2018, examined the said bill and now reports the same without amendment but with certain observations, which are appended to this report.
