FOURTH REPORT

Your committee, which is authorized by the Rules of the Senate to consider financial and administrative matters, informs the Senate that it approved on February 11, 2021, the Senate Harassment and Violence Prevention Policy appended to this report.

The policy will come into force after the appointment of the designated recipient, as defined by the policy, and the repeal of the 2009 Senate Policy on the Prevention and Resolution of Harassment in the Workplace by the Senate.
