Your Honour, Senator Massicotte’s vote makes no difference to the outcome of this, but on a point of order, he did not vote when the yeas were called, so I am asking that his vote not be counted in this vote. It makes no difference to the outcome, but we need to have proper rules if we want to work in a virtual setting. If we can’t do that, then we shouldn’t have a virtual sitting.
