Pursuant to Rule 85(4), membership of the Committee was amended as follows:

The name of the Honourable Senator Spivak substituted for that of the Honourable Senator Oliver (April 30, 1996).

The name of the Honourable Senator Losier-Cool substituted for that of the Honourable Senator Roux (May 2, 1996).

The name of the Honourable Senator Maheu substituted for that of the Honourable Senator Davey (May 2, 1996).
