The Standing Senate Committee on Aboriginal Peoples, met at 5:41 p.m., this day, in Room 160-S Centre Block, the Chairman, the Honourable Senator Charlie Watt, presiding.
Members of the committee present: The Honourable Senators Adams, Andreychuk and Watt (3).
Other senator present: The Honourable senator Prud'homme (1).
In attendance: From the Library of Parliament: Jill Wherrett.
Also in attendance: The official reporters of the Senate.
Pursuant to the Order of Reference adopted by the Senate on Tuesday, December 9, 1997, the committee continued its examination of aboriginal sel-government.
WITNESS:

Ken Noskey, President.
Mr. Noskey presented a video and made an opening statement and answered questions from members of the committee.
At 7:42 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
