The Standing Senate Committee on Energy, the Environment and Natural Resources has the honour to present its

TENTH REPORT

Your Committee, to which was referred Bill C-39, An Act to replace the Yukon Act in order to modernize it and to implement certain provisions of the Yukon Northern Affairs Program Devolution Transfer Agreement, and to repeal and make amendments to other Acts, has, in obedience to the Order of Reference of Wednesday, December 12, 2001, examined the said Bill and now reports the same without amendment.
