The Standing Senate Committee on Legal and Constitutional Affairs met this day at 3:58 p.m. to consider a draft budget.

The Chairman: Honourable senators, we need a motion to adopt the budget with an amendment to the amount allocated for ``Professional and Other Services.'' That figure has increased to $30,000.

Senator Beaudoin: I so move.

The Chairman: Is it your pleasure, honourable senators, to adopt the motion?

Hon. Senators: Agreed.
