The Honourable Senator Bacon moved, seconded by the Honourable Senator Joyal, P.C., that the Report be adopted.

In amendment, the Honourable Senator Bacon moved, seconded by the Honourable Senator Maheu, that the Report be not now adopted, but that it be amended, in the English version, in amendment No. 2, by adding, in paragraph 25(2)(a), the word "separately" after the word "reported".

The question being put on the motion in amendment, it was adopted.

The question then being put on the motion of the Honourable Senator Bacon, seconded by the Honourable Senator Joyal, P.C., for the adoption of the Report, as amended, it was adopted.
