Pursuant to rule 85(4), membership of the committee was amended as follows:

The name of the Honourable Senator Moore was substituted for that of the Honourable Senator De Bané, P.C. (May 16, 2001).

The name of the Honourable Senator Robertson was substituted for that of the Honourable Senator Forrestall (May 16, 2001).

The name of the Honourable Senator Robichaud, P.C., was substituted for that of the Honourable Senator Cook (May 29, 2001).
