Your committee, to which was referred Bill C-31, An Act to amend the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, the Balanced Refugee Reform Act, the Marine Transportation Security Act and the Department of Citizenship and Immigration Act, has, in obedience to the order of reference of Thursday, June 14, 2012, examined the said bill and now reports the same without amendment.
