The Standing Senate Committee on Foreign Affairs and International Trade met this day at 10:30 a.m., in room 160-S, Centre Block, the chair, the Honourable A. Raynell Andreychuk, presiding.
Members of the committee present: The Honourable Senators Andreychuk, Ataullahjan, Cordy, Dawson, Demers, Eaton, Fortin-Duplessis, Johnson, Oh, Smith (Cobourg), P.C. and Verner, P.C. (11).
In attendance: Mark Palmer, Acting Procedural Clerk; Pascal Tremblay and James Lee, Analysts, Parliamentary Information and Research Service, Library of Parliament.
Also in attendance: The official reporters of the Senate.
Pursuant to the order of reference adopted by the Senate on Thursday, November 21, 2013, the committee continued its study to examine such issues as may arise from time to time relating to foreign relations and international trade generally.
