Your committee, to which was referred the document "Canadian Food Inspection Agency's User Fee Proposal respecting overtime fees", has, in obedience to its order of reference of Thursday, April 3, 2014, examined the proposed user fee and in accordance with section 5 of the User Fees Act, recommends that it be approved.
