The Standing Senate Committee on National Security and Defence met in camera this day at 1:04 p.m. in room 2, Victoria Building, the chair, the Honourable Daniel Lang, presiding.

Members of the committee present: The Honourable Senators Beyak, Dagenais, Day, Kenny, Lang, Mitchell, Ngo, Stewart Olsen and White (9).

In attendance: Holly Porteous, Analyst, Parliamentary Information and Research Service, Library of Parliament.

Pursuant to rule 12-16(1)(d), the committee considered a draft agenda (future business).

It was agreed that senators' staff be permitted to remain in the room.

The chair made a statement.

At 2:06 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the chair.
