The Subcommittee on Veterans Affairs of the Standing Senate Committee on National Security and Defence met in camera this day, at 12:09 p.m., in room 2, Victoria Building, the chair, the Honourable Roméo Antonius Dallaire, presiding.

Members of the subcommittee present: The Honourable Senators Dallaire, Day, Lang, Wells and White (5).

Other senator present: The Honourable Senator Stewart Olsen (1).

In attendance: Martin Auger, Analyst, Parliamentary Information and Research Service, Library of Parliament.

Pursuant to rule 12-16(1)(d), the subcommittee met in camera to consider a draft agenda (future business).

It was agreed that senators' staff be permitted to remain in the room.

The chair made a statement.

It was agreed that the subcommittee's draft work plan for its mental health study be distributed in English only and that the translation follow as soon as it is available.

At 1:17 p.m., the subcommittee adjourned to the call of the chair.
