The Standing Senate Committee on Foreign Affairs and International Trade met in camera this day at 4:15 p.m., in room 160-S, Centre Block, the chair, the Honourable A. Raynell Andreychuk, presiding.

Members of the committee present: The Honourable Senators Andreychuk, Ataullahjan, Bovey, Cordy, Dawson, Eaton, Galvez, Gold, Housakos, Marwah, Ngo and Oh (12).

Other senator present: The Honourable Senator Omidvar (1).

In attendance: Natalie Mychajlyszyn and Chantal Beaubien, Analysts, Parliamentary Information and Research Services, Library of Parliament.

Pursuant to rule 12-16(1)(d), the committee considered a draft agenda.

It was agreed that senators' staff be permitted to remain in the room for the in camera portion of the meeting.

At 4:48 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the chair.
