The Standing Senate Committee on National Security and Defence met this day at 1 p.m., in room 2, Victoria Building, the chair, the Honourable Gwen Boniface, presiding.
Members of the committee present: The Honourable Senators Bernard, Boisvenu, Boniface, Dagenais, Jaffer, McIntyre, McPhedran, Oh and Richards (9).
Other senators present: The Honourable Senators Griffin and Housakos (2).

Pursuant to the order of reference adopted by the Senate on Thursday, May 3, 2018, the committee began its consideration of Bill C-211, An Act respecting a federal framework on post-traumatic stress disorder.

At 4:04 p.m., the committee resumed and pursuant to the order of reference adopted by the Senate on Tuesday, January 26, 2016, the committee continued its examination on Canada's national security and defence policies, practices, circumstances and capabilities.
