The Standing Senate Committee on Banking, Trade and Commerce met this day at 10:30 a.m., in room 9, Victoria Building, the Honourable David Tkachuk presiding.
Senators present: The Honourable Senators Black, Carignan, P.C., Day, Enverga, Maltais, Massicotte, Moncion, Ringuette, Tannas, Tkachuk, Wallin and Wetston (12).
In attendance: Adriane Yong, Analyst, Parliamentary Information and Research Services, Library of Parliament.
Also present: The official reporters of the Senate.
Pursuant to the order of reference adopted by the Senate on Tuesday, October 17, 2017, the committee continued its study on issues and concerns pertaining to cyber security and cyber fraud. (For complete text of the order of reference, see proceedings of the committee, Issue No. 26.)

Mr. Therrien made a statement and, together with Ms. Kosseim, Mr. Johnston and Mr. Homan, answered questions.
