The Standing Senate Committee on National Finance met this day at 2:10 p.m., in room 257, East Block, the chair, the Honourable Larry Smith, presiding.

Members of the committee present: The honourable senators Frum, Marshall, Mockler, Neufeld and Smith (5).

Other senator present: The honourable Senator Pratte (1).

In attendance: Alex Smith and Sylvain Fleury, Analysts, Parliamentary Information and Research Services, Library of Parliament.

Also present: The official reporters of the Senate.

Pursuant to the order of reference adopted by the Senate on Tuesday, May 3, 2016, the committee continued its study of the subject matter of all of Bill C-15, An Act to implement certain provisions of the budget tabled in Parliament on March 22, 2016 and other measures.
