The Standing Senate Committee on Energy, the Environment and Natural Resources met in camera this day at 9:15 a.m., in room B30, Senate of Canada Building, the chair, the Honourable Rosa Galvez, presiding.

Members of the committee present: The Honourable Senators Arnot, Carignan, P.C., Galvez, Gignac, Massicotte, McCallum, Miville-Dechêne and Wells (8).
