The Standing Senate Committee on National Finance met this day at 7:06 p.m., in room B30, Senate of Canada Building, the chair, the Honourable Claude Carignan, P.C., presiding.

Pursuant to the order of reference adopted by the Senate on Tuesday, December 3, 2024,
the committee began its consideration of Bill C-78, An Act respecting temporary cost of living relief (affordability).
