The Standing Senate Committee on National Finance met this day at 6:49 p.m., in room W110, 1 Wellington St., the chair, the Honourable Percy Mockler, presiding.

Members of the committee present: The Honourable Senators Dalphond, Forest, Kingston, Loffreda, MacAdam, Marshall, McNair, Mockler, Pate and Ross (10).

Participating in the meeting: Shaowei Pu and André Léonard, analysts, Library of Parliament.

Pursuant to the order of reference adopted by the Senate on Tuesday, March 29, 2022, the committee continued its examination of matters relating to federal estimates generally and other financial matters.

Karen Hogan made a statement and, together with Jean Goulet and Markirit Armutlu, answered questions.
