The Standing Committee on Internal Economy, Budgets and Administration met this day, in camera, at 9 a.m., in room 160-S, Centre Block, the chair, the Honourable Gerald J. Comeau, presiding.

Members of the committee present: The Honourable Senators Campbell, Charette-Poulin, Comeau, Cordy, Downe, Doyle, Furey, Johnson, Kinsella, Marshall, Munson, Smith (Saurel), Stewart Olsen, Tannas and Tkachuk (15).

Other senators present: The Honourable Senators Lang, Nolin and White (3).

In attendance: Mr. Gary W. O'Brien, Clerk of the Senate and other senior Senate officials.
