Third reading of Bill C-228, An Act to amend the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act and the Pension Benefits Standards Act, 1985.

The Honourable Senator Martin moved, for the Honourable Senator Wells, seconded by the Honourable Senator Housakos, that the bill be read for a third time.

After debate,

The Honourable Senator Martin moved, for the Honourable Senator Wells, seconded by the Honourable Senator Housakos, that further debate on the motion be adjourned until the next sitting.

The question being put on the motion, it was adopted.
