Canada-Africa: Seizing a Strategic Opportunity

Despite Africa’s expanding global role and impact, Canada has not adjusted its engagement with the continent accordingly. Canada should pursue an ambitious and sustained approach to its engagement in Africa, grounded in the objective of enabling mutually beneficial partnerships.
