Wednesday, June 23, 2021 – Senator Ratna Omidvar participates as the keynote speaker at the United Way of Greater Toronto’s Annual General meeting, hosted by President and CEO Daniele Zanotti. She addressed the issue of systemic racism and provided practical ideas on how to combat this societal problem.
Thursday, June 24, 2021 – Senator Paula Simons delivers a speech during a farewell ceremony for Grade 6 students at Black Gold Regional Schools in Alberta. She congratulated them for their accomplishments and encouraged them to become young leaders of tomorrow.

Saturday, June 26, 2021 – Senator Yuen Pau Woo participates in the 2021 leaders’ summit of the Action, Chinese Canadians Together Foundation to help answer the question: “What does a seat at the table mean for Chinese Canadians?”
