The name of the Honourable Senator Cook was substituted for that of the Honourable Senator De Bané (April 21, 1998).

The name of the Honourable Senator Johnstone was substituted for that of the Honourable Senator Grafstein (April 21, 1998).

The name of the Honourable Senator Milne was substituted for that of the Honourable Senator Losier-Cool (April 21, 1998).

The name of the Honourable Senator Ferretti Barth was substituted for that of the Honourable Senator Stollery (April 21, 1998).
