Resuming debate on the motion of the Honourable Senator Poy, seconded by the Honourable Senator Mahovlich, for the second reading of Bill C-64, An Act to establish an indemnification program for travelling exhibitions.

After debate,

The question being put on the motion, it was adopted.

The Bill was then read the second time.

The Honourable Senator Poy moved, seconded by the Honourable Senator Cools, that the bill be referred to the Standing Senate Committee on Social Affairs, Science and Technology.
